Here's an updated Power Point Presentation with the latest information from our 1st Student Missionary in many years.
The beginning of the story:
1. Sonja has made the brave decision to go as a student missionary to Palau in August 2006 for 10 months. In order for this to be done, she will require to raise a lot of money. Here are some of the details as well as her invitation for you to assist her in raising the funds required for the trip.
a. Here is a letter which you could take to your church board in order to kindly request assistance.
b. Also, here is a power point presentation with the main points highlighted.
c. Also, on the 9th of April, Sonja is inviting you to assist her in raising funds, by taking part in a sponsored walk. Two sponsorship form are available 1, 2.
Here are the latest details for the sponsored walk:
Meet in Newburgh car park at 10:00 am (map). Do remember to bring along a packed lunch and clothes for the Scottish Weather. All moneys collected should be brought along on the day. Should you wish to cover the distance on a bike, bring it along!
